What is your return policy?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any orders. Where a batch has been tested by an independent laboratory, the Certificate of Analysis is published on our Certificates of Analysis page and linked from the relevant product listing, so the analytical data can be reviewed before ordering. Please review all product details and any available COA documentation carefully prior to purchase.
How fast do you ship?
Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on business days ship the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will ship the next business day. All orders ship from Canada.
What shipping carrier do you use?
We ship via Canada Post for all domestic orders. In rare cases where Canada Post service is unavailable or delayed, we will use an equivalent alternative carrier to ensure timely delivery.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes. Orders of 10 or more units of the same product automatically receive a 10% discount at checkout. No coupon code is required. The discount is applied per qualifying product line item in your cart.
Where are your peptides manufactured and tested?
All Maple Research Labs peptides are manufactured in Canada. Verified products is tested by an independent third-party laboratory during the manufacturing process to verify purity and identity. After portioning into final vials, each tested batch undergoes a second round of independent testing to confirm consistency and purity. Batch-specific COAs are published on every product page so researchers can verify results before ordering.
